Privacy notice
This notice explains how ECNESS handles information collected during the Airy Days Dry Shampoo Gel launch-interest test. It is a plain-language draft for this preview and should be reviewed before a wider marketing launch.
Information we collect
If you join the launch list, we collect your email address, country or region, product interest, consent record, submission time, and the page and referral source that brought you to the form. We do not collect payment details, shipping addresses, or account passwords during this test.
How we use it
We use launch-list information to estimate demand, understand regional interest, send launch updates, and improve the ECNESS website. We will not treat a launch-list submission as an order or a shipping commitment.
Service providers
Website analytics are provided by Google Analytics 4. Launch-list records are stored in Cloudflare D1 through an ECNESS-controlled Cloudflare Worker. These services receive only the information needed for the purposes described here.
Analytics choices
ECNESS currently starts Google Analytics 4 by default for this global demand test. You can request analytics opt-out or deletion of launch-list information by emailing [email protected]. We do not use GA4 for advertising personalization in this preview.
Shipping
ECNESS is collecting launch interest only. Launch regions, inventory, delivery timing, and shipping availability have not been finalized. Joining the list does not reserve a product or create a shipping obligation.
Returns
No purchase is taken through this preview, so there is no return or refund transaction at this stage. A purchase-specific returns policy will be published before paid orders open.
